We got to Revelstoke after a snowy drive and found out that the hostel we planned to stay at was full - we had called and left a message but they decided to wait until the following day to return our call. So we stayed at the Revelstoke Lodge, with the caption on the sign reading “Your mom called and said to stay here.” There was an outdoor hot tub and a nice room with a warming lamp in the bathroom for after the shower. Went riding the next day in the some of the best powder I’ve seen, despite being super tired from beginning our season by riding big hills the past 4 days. We only got a few really long runs in but it was a great time! Depending on the $ situation we’ll try to do a trip back there this season. It’s only an 8 1/2 hr drive, give or take…
